Mr. Malik received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with minor studies in Physiology and Nutrition from Southern Illinois University. He also completed an internship with Northwestern Mutual Life and was a Project Director with the American Marketing Association.

Furthermore, he has played an integral role in managing Supply-Chain process optimization, SOX compliance & FDA governance, RFID deployment, Trade Funds management and Product life-cycle management; while developing an ability for identifying IT-levers, to facilitate the resulting organizational change. Mr. Rawlley has served with distinction at: M&M Mars Corporation, Playtex Products, Tredegar Film Products, Massimo Zanetti Beverages, MedImmune and Astra-Zeneca Pharmaceuticals. In addition; Mr. Rawlley also holds extensive M&A experience of IT systems integration with the LBO's of multiple manufacturing plants, with an estimated total worth of over $200 million. And, he also has had senior-management oversight with the selection, design and implementation of multiple software packages (ERP, CRM, PLM;) with projects ranging from $3 million to $25 million. Furthermore, Mr. Rawlley has gained extensive experience in selling IT solutions to several "C-level" executives & organizations.
